Northridge Meadows is in the City of Peoria, IL; however, as we are served by the Dunlap Post Office our mailing address is in Dunlap, IL 61525.
Northridge Meadows is not a condominium complex, the homes are duplex townhomes. Association dues are $70/month, which includes mowing of lawns and snow removal. Townhome maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.

- City Water & Sewer, City Fire & Police, Dunlap Schools, Dunlap Phones, Chillicothe Park District, Medina Township, Peoria Public Library
- Speed Limit is 25mph
- Cars, Trailers, & Boats are not to be parked on the street for more than 48 hours unless a longer period has been pre-approved by the board
- Garbage Pickup on Monday (not to be set out until after 6pm the evening before)
- Lawnmowing is done on Fridays unless it is a holiday or it rains, in which case lawnmowing will take place on Saturday. Please do not run your sprinklers on Friday or Saturday!
- Do not block mailboxes! Your mail WILL NOT be delivered.
