1. What does the HOA Board do?
The Board is responsible for seeing that the rules and regulations set forth in the HOA covenants and the decisions of the past and present Board are followed. Minutes are recorded for all Board meetings, special meetings and annual meetings. These minutes are kept on file for seven years. The Board is also responsible for the quarterly dues collection and must maintain accurate records for these funds. The minutes and Treasurer's report are available upon request to the Board President. In addition, the Board maintains necessary insurance coverage and executes contracts to provide lawn mowing and snow removal services, and to maintain the common areas in a safe and acceptable condition.
2. Who are the Board members and what are their responsibilities?
As of May 8, 2024 the Board members are:

Snow Removal / Lawn Mowing: Tammy Sarmiento (309-229-3641)
Architectural/Landscaping: Judy Schlosser (309-264-2365)
Treasurer: Eileen Wikoff (309-256-0061)

3. When does the Board meet?
The board typically meets on a quarterly basis. The meeting times and locations are published in the previous meeting minutes. The meeting schedule is also published on the website under Calendar / Social Events.
4. May residents attend the regular meetings of the Board?
Board meetings are open to all residents. All meeting dates and locations are published in the Quarterly update. If you are planning to attend please notify the host of the meeting so that seating can be provided. Also, please notify the President if you wish to address the Board. The President will add your item(s) to the meeting agenda.
5. Where can I get a copy of the latest HOA Board minutes?
The HOA Board minutes are published by email to all residents after each meeting. The latest meeting minutes are also available on the website under Meeting Minutes / Other Publications.
